Follow signs to the marina coming into phwelli, and follow the road to the right along the prom at the end there is a t- junction, tuen left and follow the road tdown and turn left towards the caravan park. Just at the entramce to the caravan park there is a small car park on the right where you park. take a 25 yrd walk up to the rock and you have a small grassy clearing :P . A scout around can benefit to find individual spots but anywhere along the ledges can be very productive. there is also the beach to fish off when the weather is rough or on larger spring tides.
You can also dreive through the caravan park to an area on the other side which is a little calmer but can be less productive.
Usual 2 / 3 hook rigs are suffice with 6oz leads as holding bottom can be a task in itself on the quitest of days. rag / squid or lug / squid nixtures seem to be the popular bait here.
