monday ill be going to pwhelli for the week just wanted to know were is a good place for a bit of sport and some fish around there

Gimlet rock is always a good place to start or up the beach towards the houses. ;)

might be a bit early for the harbour :?: towards the mid to end of this month the fish should be in :D bass,flounder and some nice black bream,only need light tackle here,so makes it very good sport with a bass rod :D good look mate

bit of the question but does anyone no if trefer pier has fallen down yet or any info on it? bit gutted about the pier tell you truth :cry:

I suggest you use the SEARCH function. This and several other northwest / north Wales fishing forums carry EXTENSIVE reports and discussions about Trefor Pier, now and it's possible future.
Go get it boyoh .............

And
There is a bait shop in the main marina at pwllheli left side of train station, also one in Criccieth. Stock up when you can ....
Please be careful, don't fish on your own anywhere that is NOT very safe - like a prom / beach. That coast has VERY dangerous rip currents .. people do drown every year !! Be warned.
Finding bait and fishing yourself on the Lleyn is VERY difficult. Try Criccieth high water either side of the Castle at night .... you always get a good tug there .... ;)
