low water marks

where is the best low water mark to fish from on saturday as it is low tide at 10:00am with high tide being at 15:48pm, it would need to be as sheltered as possible as my dad is going with m which rules out perch rock unfortuneately. i dont mind which side of the mersey it is on

Priory Wharf should fish over low,and it`s pretty sheltered,with the fishing virtually out of your car.....see the main site for directions.
