Sat Evening/night

Looks like a major cod session somewhere on the river on Sat evening.Starting at a low water mark,then moving on to a high water mark (that makes sense

)Fishing from around 6.30pm til 4am

,with a chippy meal in between

Mid Jan is usually peak time at Vale Park,so that looks favourite for low....just need to pick a high water mark

mariners would be good for a high or even town hall but i would suspect that both venues would be heaving.

Thanks for th`info Ken,but i prefer to fish beaches/rocks whenever poss`,and i know there`s a big fish waiting at Vale Park

I have`nt had the opportunity to sample Vale Park`s haute cuisine,but Bluecat & Farthead did ,the other week,so i`ll follow them,unless you can recommend a classy eatery

To be truthful Kev.................between New Brighton and Seacombe there is numerous Keeeeeeeebab shops round the area

But if i was Bluecat and Farthead they had better have done their homework on which place they choose.........what with you being an expert on Keeeeebabs-therell be nothing worse than you being dissapointed!!!!!

So be careful lads..............do your research

There is is a quiant little family run manangerie a short skip from vale park , shaded in olive branchs of king st boulavard . Big sweaty Al's kebabs n' sh*t, i think its called..

me and farthead went to one near his house its just at the end of leasow road not the lighthouse end the other was top notch keebab though

kev you have had a keebab from the shop by vale park m8
we went there last year
