I was thinking of smashing Sven`s flounder record at the Alt,but the rains will kill the sport

so it looks like another low water cod hunt

think i`ll try further towards Seacombe this time

Low water`s 4.10pm....the question is,how soon can you get out on the bank in that stretch

Kev-its always later then vale park end as the water is a lot deeper at the wall than it is at Vale Park end and arrives in quicker than Vale Park end...................so its either as pint in the Ferry Pub and sit and watch or a Keeeeeeeeebab in the car!!!!!!-the choice is yours mate

Kev , you could start fishing by Guinea Gap baths off the prom wall then move onto the bank as it appears.

......or you could have that pint!

The seacombe ferry is a wierd pub............they do food in there but it always smells of burnt fryers

............you know from the kitchen-if any of the lads have been in there theyll know what i mean
It f**kin stank in there the other week!!!!!!!!!!
The egremont ferry on the other hand is much better and if you get agood look down the river at the tide if you sit upsatairs
