east lancs lake by lowerhouse lane

hi,just a quick ask,driving out of lpool on east lancs,spotted a lake on corner of lowerhouse lane? and the lancs,and was wondering whats the score with it?who owns it species etc,also the narrow canal thing further on,is there much in that and if so same question as previous,cheers craig

its free fishing...nobody controls it, stocked by the local scumbags who have stocked it by robbing fish from all the local parks etc etc
