where's the Old Tax Office?

Post by Marco »

I'm going on my first fishing session in two weeks to a mark known as the old tax office in Liverpool. I have tried to find where it is but have been unsuccessful. Can I draw on the forums local knowledge please?

many thanks.

It`s the old customs building on the Queens dock...it`s in between the Albert Dock and Mariners Wharf...
Image....go on Bing maps and type in Queens Dock (Kings parade).....there`s a set of lights where you turn on to Queens Wharf and follow to the bottom then turn left .....not sure of the parking down there though  Directions are in the venues section for Mariners Wharf, where you will get similar fishing, and free parking
winter fishing sucks

People have mentioned actually fishing the small lock under the building? Storys of big cod but not seen proof? Somthing to do with the university

OK Morrow, You are not allowed to fish the lock, but there is a small area you can park up and fish from your car into the river.
