Hey you guys........thinking town hall steps Tuesday or Wed next week.does it do best high to low or low to high? Thinking pennell pulley and flapper rigs..any advice from the experts would be greatly appreciated...cheers frank...

The way its fishing low or high should see some fish comming out.Flapper rigs with worm,mack or small bits of sandeel will get you whiting. Combinations of worm,squid,eel and mack on a 2/0 up and over pennel will give you a chance of cod,rays and dogs.

Get on the beach as soon as the sand is showing and walk out with it.That should be 3 to 4 hours before low.The water leaves the beach to the left of the Town Hall as to look towards Liverpool first.
