Thursday 28th - Island Adventure?

Post by AndyE »

I'm tentatively planning on taking a days leave next Thursday and heading over to the west of the Island, Rhosneigr, Cymyran or somewhere like that.

Low tides about 4pm, so would plan to get there a couple of hours before and fish over low and then the whole flood. These marks are new to me, so the base target is really just to get the feel of the area, although fish of course would be a great bonus. Right now the wind forecast looks okay I think (based on what I've read from others) - c15mph from the South West.

I'll firm up plans a day or two before, if anyone fancies meeting up that'd be welcome. Any tips would also be welcome of course!

Cheers

Thanks Stu,

Look forward to the weed survey reports and might see you there. If you do decide to go and fancy meeting up please let me know which beach you'll hit.
