Winter league round 1
Well after a few weeks break this Sunday 26/10/25 see's the first round of this year's winter league.
Otters pool (mersey road) .
We will be meeting up from 9 am in the carpark at the end of mersey road ,exact boundaries will be decided on the day depending on numbers and pleasure anglers and walking out from 9.45 fishing will be from 10.30 till 3.30 (5hr). Normal winter league rules apply 1 rod with a maximum of 2 hooks.
The format for this one will be your biggest 2 fish of each species you catch.
The extra pools will be for biggest fish and smallest fish so plenty to go for aswell as the golden peg. Let's hope the cod show up as there have been reports of a few coming off the boats.
If anyone wants worm please comment on this post hopefully the weather plays ball and see as many of you there as possible.
