Towards noon our stomachs were rumbling so it was time to get the scran heated up
If the fishing was`nt hot,the chilli and curry certainly were
Nose bag time
You can`t beat a hot meal on a cold day
Then it was back to the fishing.
Not much change,with only the usual suspects rattling the rods.
BDF managed to equal the site dab record with a nice fish of 0-12-8
Alec Mayor was leading the heaviest fish pool for a good while with this nice whiting of 1-9-8
The £1 pool for the heaviest fish was taken by Lee,with a nice codling of 2-8-0
The fishing was not up to the usual standard for the Alex,but everyone caught fish,had a great laugh,and went home with full stomachs.....til the next time
