A herd of us headed out on the bank at 4pm,including the Mc Wsf clan The weather was dry and sunny but the wind was a bit too strong for comfort Dabs and small codling were the order of the day,with only 1 small ray showing for Paul Tucker

It was taken early on so we expected a couple more to show,but that was that.

We only walked halfway to our usual mark,as the Jocks were a bit tired

It`s impossible to blank out there,but Millsy had to wait til his last cast for that all important dab.....spawny sod

Lee who`s new to the forum came out with us,and had a miserable day when his new Greys Orion snapped at the joint mid cast No-one had brought a spare so he had to make an early exit
All in all a pretty poor session,but tomorrow is another day and those smuts will appear anytime now

and why no piccy of new member lee?

by the way have heard quite of lot of snapped grey rod, but not that model.

I was`nt really in the mood for fishing or piccy taking

....Only the Grey`s Shadow can be used with confidence,the rest are carp
