Highfield 08.07.07

Today was the day. I had spent money trying to make the 6 hours fishing more comfy and a better presentation. So i had to try my new Footplate, Bump Bar and a few other things. Still need a Trolley though, I had two make two trips to my peg

Superman showed up and gave me stern warning (NO silly pictures of me)

I was on my best behavior, but was tempted. After the usual pre-match banter, Bracon butties and brew. I drew peg 22 next to my old mate Kammy

I had eight different baits with me today. I was determined to catch.

To my right was Panama Paul :P Lucky hat for him today

The weigh-in is done by tractor. Could do with one of them for my tackle

I sat on my box for the whole 6 hours (i'm paying for it now  ) It turned out to be a good day for me. What a god send that Bump Bar is :) , i finished up with 36lbs 12oz. Today i had the right baits. Just need to tinker with my methods.
See you all at the next one :D
