Back on my home turf.fished an hour down to 2 1/2 up,straight out from the path nearest the light house.Beach has changed again a lot flatter than last year.Fished fresh prawn and fresh lug,6 hounds and a flounder.5 on prawn 1 on lug plus the flounder.Sorry no photos of the fish but a couple of the ground you are fishing over, taken when Adam ,Leo and I last fished it.

Busy session Brian
Cheers for the report well done
I’ve had a couple of early attempts myself but been to busy over the last 2-3 weeks.

Thanks Simon,as to the walk ,it’s a short walk straight out from the car park. You don’t get as long to fish but I’ve always had hounds there, and more of a chance of bass if there is a good sea,as well as dabs and flounder, the only draw back are eels but they are usually a good size ,and whelks at slack water ,they must be grazing on the tube worms.AllAboutTheBass wrote:Busy session- nice fishing and worth the walk.![]()

Well done mate

Re: Talacre
Nice session there briden, haven't fished talacre for a while, I usually fish by the yellow bouy but the older I get, the more I'm put off by the long walk, I must give the lighthouse a go soon.
