Back on my home turf.fished an hour down to 2 1/2 up,straight out from the path nearest the light house.Beach has changed again a lot flatter than last year.Fished fresh prawn and fresh lug,6 hounds and a flounder.5 on prawn 1 on lug plus the flounder.Sorry no photos of the fish but a couple of the ground you are fishing over,taken when Adam ,Leo and I last fished it.

That's some session briden :clap: :clap: , it's nice for a fish to pull back a bit for a change, them hounds give some great sport :thumbsup:
Getting out fishing is good for the soul, catching is a bonus

Thanks Simon,as to the walk ,it’s a short walk straight out from the car park.You don’t get as long to fish but I’ve always had hounds there,and more of a chance of bass if there is a good sea,as well as dabs and flounder, the only draw back are eels but they are usually a good size ,and whelks at slack water ,they must be grazing on the tube worms.

Nice session there briden, haven't fished talacre for a while, I usually fish by the yellow bouy but the older I get, the more I'm put off by the long walk, I must give the lighthouse a go soon.
pb Thornback ray.....8lb 10oz
Target for 2024 double figure smoothound bull Huss over 6lb bass over 3lb. Conger eel over 10lb.
